1. Membership compliance with network terms

1. The potential member by placing a membership request confirms acceptance and agrees to be bound by Freight-Utility terms and conditions.

3. Freight-Utility administrators reserve the right to cease, suspend or terminate membership, if at such time there is a dispute or delay over an agreed payment.
